Tilda with Butterfly Dress

There are some days that I don’t like the end product but I have  fun in the process.

It was a late start this evening waiting until my daughter had gone to bed.  I had a Magnolia image that I had previously started colouring that I decided to finish off.  I was pretty happy with the colouring and how my new copic markers blended (this is something I am never sure of till I get home and play around more), however I had stamped it crooked which meant I needed to play around a little to figure out how it could be used.  Normally I would fussy cut it, but today I was not in the mood.  I ended up using some nested dies in a couple of different forms and then some distress inks.

Whilst I don’t like the end result (didn’t even bother to make the card) I do like all the processes and the relaxation.

Copic Colouring and Digital Stamps

I have been playing a lot lately with Copic Markers and Digital stamps.  I have fallen in love with a number of stamp designers including Tiddly Inks, Saturated Canary and Some Odd Girl.  I could spend hours and hours colouring these images, my main issue is printing them.  I really like using thick cardstock nd our printer we recently purchased is not coping with this at all.  I struggle on and I hope to purchase a printer that can cope soon.

Here is one of my coloured images that I used for a card for a friend who was having a hard time at work.

I will post some more as I get better pictures.
